Code problems have their own line. The Code Enforcement page gives the hotline as 772-388-4436 option 1, available 24/7 to leave a detailed message for code enforcement staff or to report a potential violation in Sebastian, such as overgrown lots, swale parking or work without a permit.

Most everyday questions in Sebastian start at City Hall, 772-589-5330, with direct lines for building permits, road and drainage requests, parks, the community center and the airport.
